Why we insist use premium material for our product? Because your kids safety and health is our first priority.
Our plywood is engineered with precision and consistency to meet high standards for strength, appearance, and sustainability. It is constructed using nine thin layers (plies) of carefully selected birch and poplar veneers, bonded together to form a uniform, void-free core. This advanced multi-ply structure ensures reliable performance and long-term structural integrity across a wide range of applications.

The material combines Baltic Birch sourced from Finland with poplar wood from Spain, bringing together high-quality hardwood and lightweight stability. This combination delivers a high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent dimensional stability, and strong resistance to warping.
In terms of surface quality, our plywood achieves BB/BB grade, equivalent to high-end Grade A quality. Both face and back are smooth, uniform, and nearly free of visible defects, making the panel ideal for premium furniture, cabinetry, and fine finishes where appearance and preparation efficiency are critical. Compared with lower grades such as B, C, or D—which may contain more knots, patches, or surface irregularities.
Beyond appearance, the 9-layer construction provides a clear performance advantage over 5- or 7-ply panels. The increased number of alternating grain layers enhances strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability, improving resistance to bending, warping, and environmental stress. This results in a more durable panel that holds fasteners securely and maintains its shape over time, making it well suited for demanding cabinetry, structural components, and precision woodworking projects.

Visually, the plywood features a light, uniform color with smooth, sanded surfaces, typically finished to 120–150 grit. One of its defining characteristics is the attractive layered edge, which can be left exposed for a modern, architectural look or finished to suit specific design requirements, clearly showcasing the refined multi-ply construction.
In addition to performance and aesthetics, this plywood meets important environmental and safety standards. It is CPSC qualified by The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), supporting responsible forest management, and is non-toxic, making products assembled with it suitable for children of all ages.
