Refund policy

Standard Returns (Within 30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that for Non-Defective Returns (e.g., Change of Mind), the following conditions apply:

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number.

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• Item Condition: Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a higher deduction if the item is returned damaged, used, or missing original parts.

• How to Initiate: To start a return, please contact us at official@hicooo.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's current condition. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
