Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

We know you are excited to get your Hicooo gear! Shipping times vary by location. Here are our current estimates:

  • Contiguous US: 1-3 business days for processing, followed by 2-7 business days for delivery.
  • Non-Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.): Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
  • Backorder / Pre-order: Estimated shipping dates are displayed directly on the product page. We will email you the moment your pre-order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Hicooo products are exclusively available for shipping within the United States. We hope to expand globally in the future!

How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor its journey to your home.

Will my items arrive together?

Because we ship from different specialized warehouses to get products to you faster, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Don't worry—you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Orders & Changes

Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?

We process orders extremely fast to ensure quick delivery.

  • Before Shipping: If you need to change an address or cancel, please email us at official@hicooo.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Order Change". We will do our best to catch it before it leaves our facility.
  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, once a package is handed to our carrier, we cannot intercept it. In this case, you may need to wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return (return shipping costs will apply).
Returns, Warranty

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Hicooo furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, brand-new condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely. We stand behind our heirloom quality.
All Hicooo products come with a 2-Year Structural Warranty covering manufacturing or material defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse. For full details, please visit our [Warranty Page].

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

My item arrived damaged or defective.

We obsess over quality, but sometimes things happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery via our [Help Center] or email official@hicooo.com.

  • Please include photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We will make it right by sending replacement parts or a new unit immediately.

My tracking says "Delivered" but I can't find it.

If your package is marked delivered but missing:

  1. Check around your porch, garage, or with neighbors.
  2. Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan items early.
  3. Important: For high-value items, we highly recommend selecting "Signature Required" at checkout. Hicooo is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. If you did not receive your package, please contact us so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Product & Safety

Are your products safe?

Safety is our #1 priority.

  • Certified: All furniture meets or exceeds ASTM and CPSC safety standards.
  • Non-Toxic: We use 100% natural, water-based wax oils that are free from solvents, lead, and formaldehyde. They are safe enough to chew (certified EN 71-3).
  • Design: Every curve and corner is designed to be child-safe and anti-tip.

What materials do you use?

We use premium FSC® Certified Wood to ensure sustainability.

  • Our core material is high-grade Birch Plywood (imported from Europe and the Baltic region) and Beech wood.
  • We strictly reject cheap particle board or MDF.

How do I care for my Hicooo furniture?

Cleaning: Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Storage: Please keep your Hicooo products indoors. While they are durable, wood is a natural material and should be kept away from rain, extreme humidity, or direct heat sources (like radiators).

How do I assemble the product?

We designed our products for easy assembly (most take under 15 minutes!).

When will I be charged for a pre-order?

You will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your reservation.

When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated shipping dates are updated regularly on the product page. We will email you a tracking number the moment your order ships.
