Very nice quality wooden pieces with smooth finishes. My daughter spends a lot of time arranging them into mandalas and little worlds. It's a bit pricey, but the durability and educational value make it worth it.

With so many loose parts in the box, my two kids can finally play at the same table without fighting over who gets the blue pieces. There is plenty of material to go around to make multiple large designs at once.

When this box is fully organized and sitting on our playroom shelf, it genuinely looks like a decorative art piece. It's the one toy I don't mind leaving out in the living room because the gradient colors are so aesthetically pleasing.

The little raindrop and cone shapes are beautiful, but they can be a bit frustrating for uncoordinated little hands to stand upright on a bumpy carpet. They work much better on a flat wooden tray or a table surface.

The sheer variety of shades is amazing for teaching kids about light and dark colors. My preschooler loves lining them up from lightest pink to darkest red. The tray keeps everything separated nicely if you actually have the patience to sort them.

I frequently sit down on the floor and build intricate geometric shapes with these alongside my son. It is incredibly calming. The wood clinking together makes a nice sound, much better than sharp plastic blocks crashing.
