    If you feel a product isn't the right fit for your home, we strive to make the return process simple, transparent, and thoughtful.

    Return Policy

    You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

    • Fees: A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
    • Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in brand-new, unused condition.

    Refunds

    Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method (minus the 15% restocking fee).

    • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the item.
    • Posting Time: Depending on your bank's processing speed, credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

    How to Process Your Return

    Get Your Label: Once approved, you will receive a prepaid Return Shipping Label via email within 24-48 hours.

    Pack & Ship: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all parts, tools, and accessories are included. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location within 30 days of receiving your label.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, rest assured, we will make it right.

    • Reporting Window: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • Proof Required: Please provide your Order Number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
    • Resolution: Depending on the situation, we will send you replacement parts or a brand-new unit free of charge.Note: If you choose to decline a repair or replacement for a defective item and opt for a refund instead, the order will be processed under our standard return policy (the item must be returned).

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange for a different style or color, the fastest way is to return your current item (following our Return Policy) and place a new order for the item you desire.
