Double Twin Floor Bed with Semi-Enclosed Guardrails

The frame is surprisingly robust for a floor bed. The joints hold tight and the guardrails don't wobble when my kids shake them.

During the day, they drag all their stuffed animals in there. It functions as a huge cozy lounge area for them to play quietly.

Going from a crib straight to a regular bed was daunting. The fence-like design around the edges makes them feel secure, like a giant playpen for sleeping.

We were considering bunk beds but my youngest is too clumsy. This side-by-side design is so much safer and changing the sheets is a million times easier for me.

Our girls love the independence this bed gives them. They can get out and play with their toys on weekend mornings without screaming for us to lift them out of a crib.

Even when they decide to treat the bed like a wrestling ring during the day, the frame doesn't budge. The rails are high enough to keep pillows from falling off.

The unfinished wood look is exactly what we wanted for our scandi-style room. We threw some sage green blankets on it and it looks like it belongs in a magazine.

We previously had them in a regular full bed, but they kept waking each other up. The middle barrier here is genius. They have their own designated space but still feel close.

Just make sure you measure your room carefully. It essentially takes up the space of a king bed. The shared setup is great, but it dominates a smaller nursery.

Fits perfectly in the corner of their shared room. I love the little opening at the foot. It makes it easy for them to crawl in and out independently in the morning.

The floor level is a lifesaver. My boy tends to roll around a lot, and I don't have to worry about a huge drop. The side rails are sturdy enough for him to lean against while reading.

We moved our twins into this from their cribs. Being right next to each other but with the middle divider means they can see each other without rolling onto one another. They actually want to go to sleep now.
